How long has Skweeky Kleen been operating?
We first started delivering a cleaning service in 2005 and therefore have nearly twenty years’ experience
of professional cleaning.
Do you offer a domestic cleaning service?
No - Skweeky Kleen used to deliver both commercial and domestic cleaning services. Now we only focus on
commercial cleaning for clients in the public sector, private sector and third sector. We no
longer offer a domestic cleaning service, end of tenancy cleaning service or a post-build/builders
cleaning service.
What size contracts do you deliver?
We hold contracts from weekly cleans for small organisations based at a single site, through to daily
cleans for large companies based in multiple premises across the country.
We are unhappy with our existing cleaning provider, how can we switch to Skweeky Kleen?
One of our Account Managers would visit you in the first instance, to find out about the service
you require and to undertake a site visit. We then provide a detailed quote which is tailored
to the needs of your organisation. We do not charge for this visit.
Do you have any TUPE experience?
We have successfully integrated dozens of Cleaning Operatives into Skweeky Kleen under the TUPE
process. If TUPE regulations applies to your existing cleaning team, they can be retained as
Cleaners at your premises under our management when the contract is transferred.
Where are you based?
Our head office is in Bristol, which is where the company was launched. We have satellite
offices in Birmingham, London, Cardiff and Newcastle and deliver a national cleaning
service from these locations.
What are your opening times?
Our service is flexible to meet the needs of our clients so Skweeky Kleen operates 24 hours
a day, 7 days a week, 365 days of the year. Whilst our office opening hours are standard,
our frontline cleaning team is out delivering a high-quality service at all hours of the
day and night. We also offer an emergency cleaning service, and in most cases we can get
Operatives to your site within 90 minutes.
Is your work insured?
The company holds public liability insurance, employers’ liability insurance, professional
indemnity insurance and key holder liability insurance. These policies mean that all
our work is fully insured.
How can I get a job at Skweeky Kleen?
We are always on the lookout for reliable and hardworking Cleaners. We pay a living wage
hourly rate and offer additional rewards based on performance. All candidates are
police checked and DBS checked when necessary, i.e. for school contracts. We require

One of Skweeky Kleen’s unique selling points is that we don’t outsource any of our cleaning work,
